Waterless Cooking

A unique cooking method using less or even no water by utilizing only the water content found in the cooking ingredients.

How to cook food the waterless way?

i. Put in the ingredients
ii. Close the lid. Open the double-hole ventilator. Cook with medium heat until steam comes out from the ventilator.
iii. Close the double-hole ventilator and continue steaming without heat. (Or cook with low heat)

Advantages:

Maintains the food nutrition.

Maintains the original color of food.

Maintains the natural sweetness of food without any seasoning.

Effective in killing bacteria.

Greaseless Cooking

The beauty of greaseless cooking is that it significantly reduces the amount of oil used in cooking. The fats that are found naturally in the foods you are preparing are utilized.

How to cook food the greaseless way?

i. Heat up the pot with medium heat for 1½ minutes
ii. Test the heat with a few drops of water. It is ready when water droplets form.
iii. Put in dried ingredients and cook both sides
