Your cookware essentially becomes non-stick when the entire pot and cooking oil both reach an even heat. This pre-heating step is important step in efficient cooking.

Heat your pan on medium-high for about 90 seconds.   Add a drop or two of water and observe if it instantly boils and rolls.   Wipe the water from the pot and then turn to low heat. Add foods with a high fat content first. Turn over your fatty foods after the hot side has been cooked to your liking.

Add a small amount of oil to a cool pot. Heat your pot on medium-high for about 90 seconds.   When the oil in your pot begins to show radial streaks spreading outward from the center, turn to medium-low heat.   Remember that oil and water don’t mix! Dry your foods thoroughly before adding to your pot to prevent splatter and possible burns from popping oil. You should turn your food over after the hot side has been cooked to your liking.

First add well-beaten eggs into the pot and then add your remaining ingredients. When the surface of the eggs appears cooked, fold your omelet and slide out onto a plate. Enjoy!
